Audacity onboarding: KYC, platform geography and operator scope
Audacity’s country help gives a US DXTrade exception rather than unrestricted US MT5 access. Vietnam is not on the reviewed exclusion list, but personal KYC and local eligibility still apply. A UK office does not itself identify a UK-regulated brokerage contract.
Check platform access by residence
The current getting-started list excludes specified countries and makes the US exception platform-specific. Do not import that exception into another region or assume all software routes are accepted. Confirm residence and the platform shown on the actual order.

Confirm the actual contract and payment stage
- US exception: DXTrade-specific
- First withdrawal: KYC required
- Office / facilitator / operator differ
KYC is part of the payout workflow
The getting-started page requires KYC for the first withdrawal and names bank, PayPal, USDC on Ethereum and Rise options. A payment option does not promise local availability or receipt. Keep identity, payment beneficiary and account ownership consistent with the actual verification instructions.

Read the operator separately from the office
The current footer distinguishes a Dubai payment facilitator, a Comoros trading-related operator and a UK office/Cyprus payment partner. These are the provider’s descriptions, not FINEX licence verification. Use the named contract counterparty and independently verify any protection claim that matters to the decision.

A processing estimate is not completed receipt
The help centre states up to 2–3 working days processing and a $20 minimum withdrawal, while the Ability-specific page sets the initial fourteen-day eligibility clock. Add those stages correctly instead of turning either into a universal purchase-to-bank timeline.
