Trade The Pool 5% volume rule: aggregate entries within one minute
Trade The Pool caps opening/adding share volume at 5% of the previous one-minute candle, using its own data. Multiple entries in the same instrument/minute are aggregated. Small-looking tickets do not individually bypass the cap in this simulated stock programme.
Use the previous candle, not daily volume
The Program Terms specify the previous one-minute candle’s instrument volume, not average daily turnover or another chart provider’s figure. General terms define system data as the enforcement record. Record that candle and symbol before placing a size-sensitive trade.

Diagram explained
Order splitting does not bypass aggregated volume
- Previous 1-minute candle:40,000 shares
- 5% cap:2,000 shares
- 1,200+1,000=2,200 → over cap
Calculate a same-minute aggregate
If the previous candle has an independent hypothetical 40,000 shares,5% permits 2,000 shares. Two opening orders of 1,200 and 1,000 total 2,200 and exceed the cap, even though each ticket is below 2,000. Splitting orders does not create extra allowed capacity.

Added positions share the same constraint
The wording includes opening, adding, partial entries and layering in the same instrument/minute. The allowed amount can change with the next reference candle. A permanently fixed share size therefore needs rechecking rather than assuming yesterday’s liquidity remains valid today.

Invalidation is separate from the market result
Violating entries may be invalidated and lead to restrictions or account review. A profitable close does not prove compliant liquidity use. The service is simulated, not a live exchange-capacity guarantee; personal eligibility and KYC remain separate before professional rewards.
