FLEX consistency: best position is not best trading day

Trade The Pool’s FLEX 50% ratio measures the best position against total valid profit, not the best day. Program-specific terms override a generic 30% default. Position lifetime, holding time and price distance affect what counts; country/KYC approval remains separate.

Choose the specific account rule

The general Program Terms default to 30% unless otherwise specified; the FLEX subsection specifies 50% in evaluation and Pro. The marketing page also contains a broad no-evaluation-consistency answer. Do not read that generic answer as erasing the named FLEX clause.

Validate the profit before calculating concentration

  1. Best position $600 / valid profit $1,000=60%
  2. $600 / $1,200=50%
  3. Unit: position lifetime, not day

A two-position example

In an independent example, the best valid position earns $600 and total valid profit is $1,000:60%, above FLEX 50%. If total becomes $1,200 with no larger position, the ratio is 50%. Those positions may close on one day or different days; the rule’s unit remains position.

Partial trades belong to a position lifetime

The terms assess a position from opening until completely flat, including adding and reducing executions. Treating each partial exit as a fresh independent winner can misstate concentration. Keep average entry/exit, duration and fully-flat timestamps rather than only ticket-level profit.

Validate profit before using the ratio

The named MAX/FLEX duration exception is 30 seconds between opening/adding and the next reducing execution; profitable positions also need at least 10 cents price distance. An eligible ratio cannot validate otherwise invalid profit. KYC, sanctions and residence checks remain independent of this arithmetic.
