Trade The Pool FLEX Day review: simulated stocks, not futures
Trade The Pool is a stock/ETF-reference programme; its current Program Terms say every stage is simulated and no user order reaches an exchange. FLEX Day has its own position-consistency and activity rules. Vietnam is absent from the reviewed exclusions, without personal approval.
Choose an exact programme branch
Day/Swing and MAX/FLEX are separate axes in the rules. FLEX has unlimited evaluation time,50% maximum position-profit ratio and fourteen-day inactivity timeout. FLEX Day also needs at least ten positions, while reward cycles require three 0.5% profitable days.

Diagram explained
Stock rules are not Futures or Forex rules
- All stages: simulated stock/ETF references
- FLEX:50% maximum position-profit ratio
- FLEX Day: minimum 10 positions
Buying power is not owned stock capital
The Program Terms define all balances, profits and orders as simulated and state no order is executed in a market. The general terms retain broader “trade our capital” wording, so confirm the current contract. Do not describe Professional access as a personal brokerage portfolio.

Share, validity and buffer all affect rewards
MAX/FLEX split is 70/30. Positions must satisfy named duration/distance conditions and risk review; profitable screen totals need not equal eligible profit. A 3×daily-loss equity milestone can move the minimum equity floor to initial balance before a reward request.

Same-name verification remains important
The general terms require personal registration, same-name service payments and withdrawals, and KYC. Vietnam is not named in the reviewed Forbidden Territory definition, but local legality, sanctions and application review still apply. Do not use another programme’s country acceptance as clearance.
