Trade The Pool:3×daily-loss profit can move the equity floor

The Program Terms move the floor to initial balance once equity reaches 3×daily-loss profit, including unrealised gains. This can occur intraday before a withdrawal. A large profit does not guarantee the original drawdown cushion remains available.

Identify the named daily-loss amount

The milestone is three times the account’s applicable daily-loss amount, not 3% universally. Different MAX/FLEX and Day/Swing configurations have different parameters. Use the purchased rule set and system value rather than a nominal account-size label alone.

Floating gains can change future headroom

  1. Hypothetical daily loss: $1,000
  2. 3×loss profit milestone: $3,000
  3. 50K initial floor can become $50,000

An independent hypothetical threshold

Assume initial balance $50,000 and daily loss $1,000. The milestone is $3,000 profit, or $53,000 equity. The terms say the move occurs instantly on projected equity, so a floating gain can trigger it even before the position closes.

Recalculate after a proposed withdrawal

If the floor has moved to $50,000, a hypothetical $53,000 balance with $2,000 account deduction leaves $1,000 buffer. Deducting the whole $3,000 would leave none. The terms warn that withdrawing all profit at the locked floor can terminate the account; distinguish account deduction from trader share.

A daily pause may not be the first trigger

The programme page explains the daily pause references starting-day balance while the floor can move intraday. An account can therefore reach the new maximum-loss floor without the daily pause firing first. This is a simulated-rule illustration, not a recommended withdrawal or eligibility approval.
