FTMO reward timeline: eligibility, review and receipt
Use separate clocks for the first request, account review and payment dispatch; none establishes a guaranteed arrival date.
The first request has conditions
The withdrawal FAQ permits a reward claim from the fourteenth day after the first trade on the relevant account. Open positions and pending orders must be closed. Eligibility to submit is different from approval.

Diagram explained
Request eligibility is not bank receipt
- Eligibility to request
- Account review
- Dispatch and recipient credit
Build the timeline in stages
The provider describes account review and later payment dispatch as separate stages. Keep the request timestamp, approval notice and payment reference distinct. A provider sending funds does not prove that a bank or wallet has credited them.

Use an eligible base, not the headline
The 2-Step page advertises rewards up to 90%, while the account-specific reward terms govern the actual entitlement. For an illustrative 80% entitlement on $500 of eligible profit, the reward is $400. The assumed profit and split are an example, not a forecast.

Keep the fee return separate
A qualifying 2-Step fee return is a separate purchase-related item. Reconcile it against the original invoice instead of recording every credit as trading reward. If a request stalls, use account support with dates and references, not a second purchase.
