Maven rewards and fee refund: ten business days and withdrawal three
Standard 2-Step needs three new profitable days per payout cycle and ten business days from its first qualifying cycle trade. A $10,000 pre-split cap applies across two payouts or a rolling 30 days. Initial fee return follows the third withdrawal separately, not passing.
Business days are not calendar days
The first clock starts at the first simulated-funded trade; each later ten-business-day period starts at the first trade after the previous payout. Each cycle also needs three new profitable days at least 0.5% of initial size. Business days exclude weekends and relevant holidays; approval and arrival remain separate.

Diagram explained
Passing is not the fee-refund trigger
- 3 new profitable days +10 business-day clock
- Initial fee return: after withdrawal 3
- Refund payment stays separate
Three withdrawals create a separate condition
The FAQ says the initial fee returns after the third reward withdrawal, as a separate payment. Keep a completed-withdrawal count rather than a count of submitted requests. Do not add expected refund money to an earlier reward request amount.

Separate the cash budget from the split
Assume an independent $100 initial fee and $1,000 eligible simulated profit. At the named 80% split, the reward share is $800 before adjustments; the possible $100 fee return is a different item after its own condition. These amounts are illustrations, not checkout prices. Standard withdrawals also have a $20 minimum before split and a $10,000 pre-split ceiling across two payouts or a rolling 30 days.

No refund assumption can repair a breach
The terms link distributions to compliance and verification and describe purchases as generally final. That sits alongside the specific post-third-withdrawal fee return. Read cancellation and performance-based return separately; neither establishes guaranteed recovery of the evaluation cost.
