Maven Trading Standard 2-Step review: simulated rules and limits
Maven Trading at maventrading.com is the retail prop programme reviewed here, not an institutional firm with a similar name. Standard 2-Step uses simulated accounts, 8%/5% targets and an 8% static overall limit. Vietnam is not listed in the reviewed exclusions, without individual pre-approval.
A named plan keeps the comparison meaningful
The Standard 2-Step product lists a 4% daily limit, 80% split and no consistency rule. OMO, Instant and Mini are different products. Their lower advertised fees or different news rules cannot be applied to a Standard order. Each evaluation phase and each funded payout cycle also needs three profitable days, each at least 0.5% of initial balance. Funded withdrawals are capped at $10,000 before split across two payouts or any rolling 30-day period.

Diagram explained
Use the named Standard plan and contract
- Standard targets: 8% then 5%
- Daily 4% / overall 8% static
- Funded account: simulated
Count risk allowance, not nominal capital
An independent hypothetical $10,000 Standard account has an $800 first target, $500 second target and $9,200 static overall floor. These are programme calculations, not the trader’s cash deposit or an expected return. Daily equity rules also bind.

A legal mismatch needs clarification
The current FAQ footer identifies Maven Edu-FZCO, while the terms refer to MAVEN LLC. Do not silently combine them or treat company-registration wording as a verified financial licence. Confirm the actual contracting entity and terms version on the order.

A rating cannot fill an evidence gap
The public Trustpilot score is withheld at the checked domain, so FINEX has no numeric fallback from another review service. Read source-specific rules and personal eligibility instead. Vietnam’s absence from the website exclusion list does not waive KYC, platform or payment restrictions.
